Belltown's neighborhood Bistro opened in March of 2005. You will recognize the cozy décor & the BluWater's signature menu items, such as our Stuffed Pork Chop, Dry Aged New York Steak, Jamacian Jerk Chicken Satay, Steamed Manilla Clams, & Crispy Calamari. The only thing that's missing is the waterfront that you will find at all the other BluWater locations, thus the name “Belltown Bistro” if it had been on the water we might have named it “ BluWater Belltown”.

So find find your way down to our Belltown location and check out the Chef's weekly rotating menu items. DELICIOUS! The full menu is served until 1am every night of the week.
